What payment options do you accept?
We accept major payment cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, and Interac. We also accept available accelerated checkout options such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, as well as selected payment methods including AliPay, AliPay HK, GCash, Touch 'n Go, and Kakao Pay where available.
Available payment options may vary depending on your location, device, and checkout settings. This list may change from time to time and should be used for reference only.
What countries do you ship to?
CELLENTRY™ ships orders to Canada, the United States, South Korea, and selected international destinations. Available shipping options may vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.
If your country is not available at checkout, we may not currently be able to ship to that destination due to carrier availability, customs restrictions, or temporary service disruptions.
How does free shipping work?
Free shipping eligibility depends on your destination, order value, and selected shipping method.
- Canada: Standard shipping is free.
- United States: Free standard shipping is available on orders over CAD 99 after discounts, credits, coupons, and promotions are applied.
- South Korea: Free standard shipping is available on orders over CAD 99 after discounts, credits, coupons, and promotions are applied.
For other international destinations, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and available carrier options.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your destination and selected delivery method.
```- Canada: Standard shipping is free. Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days.
- United States: Standard shipping is CAD 9.99. Free standard shipping is available on orders over CAD 99. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 2 business days, is available for CAD 14.99, approximately USD 11.99.
- South Korea: Standard shipping is CAD 14.99. Free standard shipping is available on orders over CAD 99. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days.
- International: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and available carrier options. Estimated delivery may take 2–6 weeks depending on customs and local carrier processing.
All orders are processed in CAD. USD estimates are provided for reference only and may vary depending on exchange rates and your payment provider.
How can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order after purchase, please email us at support@cellentry.ca as soon as possible and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
Once your order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. In that case, you may need to request a return after receiving your order.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your CELLENTRY™ purchase, please contact us. Our support team is here to help you find the best solution.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible orders. Unopened products may be eligible for a full refund. Eligible opened products may qualify for a 50% refund if at least 50% of the product remains. Powder products and certain opened products may be excluded from partial refund eligibility.
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to 1 eligible item per customer. If you order multiple items, the guarantee will apply to only 1 eligible item from your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees, handling fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, and return-related costs are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cellentry.ca with your order number, the email address used for your order, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your return.
