Shipping Policy
CELLENTRY™ ships orders to Canada, the United States, South Korea, and selected international destinations. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs.
Orders placed by 4:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on carrier availability, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

International Shipping
For destinations outside Canada, the United States, and South Korea, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and available carrier options.

International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, carrier delays, and local import procedures.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipments may be held by customs until applicable duties, taxes, or fees are paid. Customs procedures vary by country and are outside of CELLENTRY™’s control.
If a package is held by customs and is not returned to CELLENTRY™, we are unable to issue a refund.
If a package is returned to us after being held by customs and the products are in perfect, unused condition, we may issue a refund for the product cost only. Original shipping charges and any return-related fees are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Shipping Charges
International shipping charges are non-refundable once the package has been dispatched, regardless of the delivery outcome.
Shipping fees, handling fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details after your order has been dispatched.
